Ready To Ship Wigs: Ready To Ship Wigs must allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping WITHOUT coloring services added on. WITH coloring services added on, processing time is 10-14 business days and shipping time is 2-5 business days. Ready to ship wigs do not offer lace cutting or baby hair making. They do however come bleached and pre plucked. 

Pre Order Wigs:  Pre Order wigs must allow 20+ business days for processing and 2-5 business days for shipping WITHOUT COLOR; 30+ business days for processing WITH color.

Bundle Deals, Closures and Frontals: Bundle Deals, Closures and Frontals must allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.

Clothing: Clothing Items must allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.

DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, PROCESSING TIME MAY NEED LENIENCY BY 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

For cart totals under $100 USD Route is only $0.98 USD. For cart totals over $100 USD, Route is 1.5% - 5% of the cart total.

Please note, by completing your purchase, you agree that if the address provided is deemed incomplete by the local carrier, preventing items from being shipped and thus returned, Koree J's Boutique LLC is not responsible for the cost of return shipping nor responsible for the cost of the purchased product. You agree that if your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, Koree J's Boutique LLC is not responsible for having the package redelivered and will not provide any refunds. You agree that your product is no longer the responsibility of Koree J's Boutique LLC once the package has been delivered to The USPS and a tracking number has been received by you the consumer. You agree that after you have received your tracking information, all questions and concerns with shipping will be directed to and responsible by The USPS.
